I’d been promising the girls we’d have a movie night so we cold watch “Tangled,” so I finally gave in this Saturday and did it. They dressed up with high heels, headbands, and jewelry. Here is their jewelry that they left sitting on the table. They are so girly!

Day 303
Today when I put the clean laundry on the bed to fold, Grey immediately grabbed for the nearest piece of clothing to suck on, and of course, it happened to be a pair of Gavin’s underwear (clean, but still). EWWW!
Day 302
Gavin wants to be in control of the remote to the kitchen radio all the time. He goes over there and switches the station to some music he likes, and then dances to it.
Day 301
Day 300
We had a showing today, and I put Grey on the bed while we got the last minute things together. He looks so content.

Day 297
John bought doughnuts this morning for breakfast. Yum! I love seeing bakery boxes. They seem rather magical, and they remind me of when my mom used to go to the Lehi Bakery and buy me a little treat. I think it was my mom anyway. I just remember the bakery party of it and looking at the cases.

Day 296
Today Gavin got a “mega mind” sticker from the doctor’s office. He had me put it on a paper and then he stuck it in this frame in his room, covering up the original cross-stitch. It was so amusing.
Day 295
The kids all sat in Gavin’s room today and colored with him because he’s still sick. He was very, very nice and shared his crayons and his Toy Story coloring book.
Day 294
This isn’t a fantastic picture, but it’s all I have. Emma tried out peanut butter with molasses on toast today, which I assured her was very good. She didn’t like it, which surprised me, but she was really excited to try it out.
Day 293
Today I met the best chocolate chip cookies ever! I’ve been experimenting forever, and although the batch pictured here was a little underdone, I’ve finally done it.
Day 291
Gavin has been sick, so Hadley nicely offered to go in and read to him. I love it when they get along. And, the chairs are supposed to be a train of some type?

Day 290
Here is Hadley standing in front of her blackboard creation, along with her beloved polar bear. She’s so cute.
Day 289
This is Emma and Gavin watching from upstairs as John opens his joke April Fool’s Day gift. They were so excited and thought they were really fooling him.
Day 288
Today Emma earned the golden horseshoe award at school, and was so incredibly proud of herself. Hadley won the same award last year, so Emma has been waiting and hoping for a long time that she would win as well.
Day 287
This week, one of the kids rediscovered this hammer toy and they play with it nonstop. Here is Hadley, playing with it while she has a nebulizer treatment (I love the throw up bowl in the background).
Day 286
Here is Gavin getting on his “exercise” clothes so he can go and exercise with John. I love that you can see his tiny little ribs.
Day 285
Gavin thinks he needs to wear 3 shirts all the time. He even tried to put on 4 the other day—it’s like a big contest.
Day 284
Here is Grey sitting on my lap and trying to eat his toes. He recently discovered his feet and is having lots of fun.
Day 283
Here are a picture of the blue bonnets. They are so beautiful, and one of my favorite things about Texas.
Day 282
Here are the baby wipes I give to the kids when I have them help me spot clean the floor. They are getting pretty good.
Day 281
I wrote a children’s book for the kids and let them illustrate it. I gave them each their own copy, and they had a lot of fun.
